April Miller is passionate about helping executives and companies thrive through transitions.

As former McKinsey Talent Network (MTN) North America Leader, April coached hundreds of VP+/CXO/Board level executives through career transitions and advised 400+ senior talent acquisitions. April launched MTN’s Private Equity and Venture Capital offering across sectors and previously led MTN’s Financial Services and CFO work.

April’s 20+ years of talent and leadership experience including managing McKinsey’s Senior Partners Committee, Professional Development and Partner Hiring has provided a front-row seat to how distinctive leadership is cultivated and lived out on a daily basis.

April is an ICF Professional Certified Coach with 2,500+ coaching hours, Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach, Hogan Assessments Practitioner and iPEC Energy Leadership Master Practitioner.
