Our Founder

April Miller is passionate about helping companies and executives thrive through transitions.

As CEO of MillerNorth, April drives growth and innovation through strategic talent advisory, executive search, leadership coaching and workshop facilitation.  

As the former McKinsey Talent Network Leader, April advised 400+ senior talent acquisitions and 500+ executives through transitions, building a talent network of 50,000+ McKinsey alumni and referred industry leaders.  April launched MTN’s Private Equity and Venture Capital offering across sectors and previously led MTN’s Financial Services and CFO work.  

April’s 20+ years of leadership and talent experience across private equity, start-ups and McKinsey has provided a front-row seat to how distinctive leadership is cultivated and lived out on a daily basis.
